    4. Flexibility - We’re open 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’re after heroes who can work a range of flexible shifts.

    5. Reliability - This is about being a team player. If you can consistently be on time, and hook a brother/sister up when the going gets tough it’s more valuable than gold.

    6. Common Sense - A little proactive-ness goes a long way. When a team member has the initiative to do something before being asked, it’s like heaven for their shift manager.

  • Back of House:

    • Chef de Partie: (Full Time) minimum of 1+ years experience required, and relevant qualifications. Experience with ordering & shift management preferred but not essential.
      Role commences immediately. Must be available Mon - Sun for flexible shifts on a rotating roster.

    • Kitchen Hand: (Full Time or Part Time) no experience required, just a great attitude & strong work ethic.
      Role commences immediately. Must be available Mon - Sun for flexible shifts on a rotating roster.

    Front of House:

    • Duty Manager: (Full Time) minimum of 1+ years in restaurant/bar management required along with a current LCQ & General Manager’s certificate. Immediate start. Must be available Mon - Sun for flexible shifts on a rotating roster. Must be available for evening shifts, the upcoming summer season, and be at least 20 years old. Role commences immediately.

    • Front of House: (full time & part time positions available). Experience preferred, but not essential if the vibes are on! Must be available Mon - Sun for flexible shifts on a rotating roster. Must be available for evening shifts and the upcoming summer season including the Christmas & NY period (closed xmas day though). Roles beginning 10/12/2024
